Arm drag to finish

We drilled arm drags to the back with the same finishes as Monday night:

– Sliding collar

– Single-wing

– Bow and arrow

A take away from tonight’s session:

When connecting the transition when you have the back, the arm that gets pinned, move to that same side to prevent the escape. This will save energy and be more efficient.
